Heat butter in a pan and slice the garlic sausage
Toast the garlic sausage in the buttered pan until nicely browned
Slice the sourdough bread into two pieces
Spread French mustard on one piece of bread
Spread mayonnaise on the other piece of bread
Arrange the toasted garlic sausage on the bottom piece of bread
Place processed cheese slices on top of the sausage
Put the two bread pieces together
Add more butter to the pan and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides
Flip the sandwich halfway through cooking
Remove from pan and open up the sandwich
Spread chili crisp inside the sandwich
Add pickled carrot and daikon inside
Top with fresh cilantro
Close the sandwich and cut diagonally
Serve and enjoy
