Combine fruit chutney, apricot nectar, and French onion soup mix
Place lamb forequarter chops in a baking tray
Pour chutney mixture over the lamb chops
Marinate 4hrs to overnight.
Cover with wet baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes then uncover for another 20.
Bake until browned nicely.
Serve with mashed potato and greens
