Cook orzo, toss with a little oil so it won't stick. Lay on a cookie sheet to cool.
Prepare dressing, add red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt.
Toss together orzo, cucumbers, tomatoes, chickpeas, feta, red onion, drizzle dressing, half the herbs, and black pepper a toss.
Add herbs & olive oil right before serving.
