  1. In a mortar and pestle, add the garlic then smash

  2. Add peppers and smash

  3. Add cilantro stems and smash

  4. Add sugar, fish sauce, lime, and cilantro leaves then mix

  5. Taste and adjust

  6. In a bowl, add the dry ingredients: crushed pepper, khao kua, msg, and mix

  7. Then add wet ingredients, padake, fish sauce, beef bile and mix

  8. Then add the herbs: green onion and cilantro then mix

  9. Add water to dilute and loosen

  10. Taste and adjust
