Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a greased 9x13 baking dish, combine tortellini, browned sausage, Latin Marinara, chicken broth, heavy cream, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and Italian seasoning.
Stir until everything is coated.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil, stir in spinach, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
