Loaded Baked Potato Casserole
  1. Boil potatoes

  2. Cook cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 10–15 minutes). Drain well.

  3. Mash & mix

  4. Mash potatoes, then stir in butter, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and about half the cheese.

  5. Layer it up

  6. Spread mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.

  7. Bake

  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

  9. Finish

  10. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
