Combine all the ingredients except the flour first. Then add the flour and mix.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. Then fold it inward just like in the video.
Cover again and let it rise for another 20 minutes, then fold again.
After the final rest, dust your counter with flour and gently take out the dough.
Sprinkle some flour on top as well, and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
Place them on a baking tray and let them rise while the oven is heating.
Preheat your oven to 240°C fan setting (465°F).
Place an oven-safe bowl of water in the oven to create steam.
Once fully preheated, bake your ciabatta breads until golden brown on top.
