Lavender & Lemon Madeleines w/ White Chocolate
  1. Mix everything together in the written above order.

  2. The batter would seem to be too liquid but that's what we want.

  3. Grease the mold!

  4. Bake at 190C 12-15 minutes in preheated oven.

  5. Melt the chocolate on water bath or in a microwave.

  6. Put it into a mold & place madeleines on the top.

  7. Let it cool in a fridge for 1-2 hours.
