First, wipe the mushrooms with a clean cloth.
Then, chop the cleaned mushrooms into thin slices.
Next, cut the cauliflower head with a knife into mini-sized pieces.
After that, mist a nonstick skillet with olive oil.
Warm this oil to a moderate to high flame.
Next, add chopped garlic to the warm oil.
Sautee it for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the garlicky flavor comes.
Then, add clean and sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
Simmer the mushrooms for 6 to 7 minutes, or until slightly golden.
After that, add cauliflower florets and dried thyme to the mushrooms.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes. During cooking, constantly stir with a spoon.
Next, sprinkle crushed black pepper and salt over the dish.
Again, combine all items.
