Garlic Mushrooms Cauliflower Skillet
  1. First, wipe the mushrooms with a clean cloth.

  2. Then, chop the cleaned mushrooms into thin slices.

  3. Next, cut the cauliflower head with a knife into mini-sized pieces.

  4. After that, mist a nonstick skillet with olive oil.

  5. Warm this oil to a moderate to high flame.

  6. Next, add chopped garlic to the warm oil.

  7. Sautee it for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the garlicky flavor comes.

  8. Then, add clean and sliced mushrooms to the skillet.

  9. Simmer the mushrooms for 6 to 7 minutes, or until slightly golden.

  10. After that, add cauliflower florets and dried thyme to the mushrooms.

  11. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes. During cooking, constantly stir with a spoon.

  12. Next, sprinkle crushed black pepper and salt over the dish.

  13. Again, combine all items.
