In a wok, cook the oil and spring onion on medium low heat until they start to brown, mixing constantly
Remove the spring onions and turn off the heat
Add the soy sauce and sugar to the oil
Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain
Turn the heat back on the sauce and wait until it starts bubbling
Add the cooked noodles and coat well with the sauce
Serve with fried spring onions on top
