  1. In a small bowl, add the Thai red curry paste, water, lime zest and lime juice. Whisk everything together until combined, then add the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and fish sauce. Give everything another whisk. Serve atop steamed Asian greens or alternatively as a salad dressing.
