German Apple Pie
  1. In a mixing bowl, hand mix 100 grams of butter with 200 grams of powdered sugar. After that, add 5 eggs to the mixture, one at a time.

  2. Add a decent amount of grated lemon peel into the mixture, then add 250 grams of flour. Mix thoroughly until it reaches the best mixture for your dough.

  3. Put the final mixture into a baking pan topped with baking paper and spread evenly.

  4. Grab the apples, remove the seeds and hard parts, then slice them into thin sheets. Lay them in rows on the dough and set aside.

  5. In another mixing bowl, hand mix 250 grams of 30% sour cream, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until thick.

  6. Spread the mixture evenly on top of the sliced apple pie fillings.

  7. Bake at 180°C/356°F for 35 minutes. Serve warm.
