Low Carb Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

  2. Push the beef to one side of the pan. Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add mushrooms and chopped cabbage. Toss everything together and stir-fry for about 5–7 minutes, or until cabbage is tender-crisp.

  4. Add coconut aminos (or soy sauce), rice vinegar (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well and let it cook for another 2 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
