Deviled Ham
  1. In a food processor, pulse diced ham until finely minced, but not pureed.

  2. In a large bowl, combine processed ham, mayo, mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and vinegar and stir to combine well.

  3. Refrigerate for at least two hours for best texture and flavor. Serve on crackers, as a dip, or on a sandwich.
