Blueberry Scones
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Grate in frozen butter and cut in with fork.

  3. Whisk yogurt, cream, egg, vanilla. Add to dry mixture with blueberries. Fold gently until it comes together in clumps.

  4. Knead by hand a few times in the bowl. Don't overwork the dough.

  5. Pat into 8-inch circle on floured surface. Cut into 8 wedges. Transfer to baking sheet.

  6. Bake 16-18 minutes until golden.

  7. Cool 10 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over scones.
