Use a whisk and mix all ingredients in the batter list till smooth and set batter aside.
Mix all of the fillings ingredients together.
Heat 2 tsp of peanut oil in a wok on high.
Add 2-3 tbsp of filling mixture and cook occasionally shifting for 2 minutes.
Add 1 ladle of batter and roll it around to thin it out.
Turn heat to low medium and cook for 5 mins.
Add some bean shoots and cover with lid for 1 minute.
Remove lid and continue to cook until edges are crispy for 2-3 mins.
Fold and remove.
Serve with Nước Mắm, lettuce and herbs.
