Fermented Radishes
  1. In a wide mouth canning jar, combine radishes, spices and fermentation starter.

  2. Add brine to cover everything - stopping about and inch from the top.

  3. Add a fermentation weight and cap with a fermentation lid.

  4. Leave at room temp for 3 - 5 days or until done to your liking.

  5. Store in fridge for up to a year - HA, They'll NEVER last that long!!!
