Cinnamon Apple Cottage Cheese Pancake Bites
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) or the oven to the same temperature. Prepare a baking tray or air fryer basket with parchment paper or cooking spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, chopped apple, honey, vanilla extract, egg, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls or patties. Place them on the prepared tray or basket.

  4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
