Mash the garlic and chili into a paste
Chop some parsley and add it to the paste
Drizzle some olive oil on it till you get a sauce
Add most of the paste to the hummus along with salt and pepper, tahini, lemon juice, and yoghurt
Mix and keep adding lemon juice till you thin it into a saucy consistency
Add the mixture on top of the boiled chickpeas and mix them
Drizzle with the remaining paste and olive oil
Serve with bread and enjoy
