Crispy Oven Baked Wings
  1. Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.

  2. Toss dry chicken wings with baking powder, flour and salt.

  3. Allow to sit for approx ½ hr.

  4. Bake on a wire rack at 425°F (220°C) for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
