Place the butters and oils in the top of a double boiler or a bowl set over a pot with water. Bring to a medium heat and stir constantly until the butters are melted.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Cover and place in the refrigerator until it is almost completely cool. The mixture will begin to re-harden from the edges.
Take the mixture out, and whip with a hand blender or hand mixer to begin to blend.
Return to the refrigerator and repeat this process until the mixture fully incorporates.
Remove from the fridge—the cocoa butter will cause this to harden somewhat. Allow to soften and whip once again with a hand blender or hand mixer until light and fluffy.
Place butter in a glass or plastic jar with a lid. Keep cool.
