In a pot, add four Roma tomatoes, half of a purple onion, about four or five garlic cloves, 1 Jalapeno (stem removed), and one red bell pepper.
Add some water to the pot so everything can boil until soft.
Once all the veggies are boiled and soft, add them to a blender.
Add about one cup of the boiling water to the blender.
Add one tablespoon of oregano and one tablespoon of Knorr de pollo to the blender.
Blend everything together.
In a hot pot, add your sauce.
Let the sauce come to a soft boil.
The salsa will turn dark red and thicken after about two to three minutes when it comes to a good boil.
