Grease and line a 20 x 30 cm slice tray with baking paper (allow overhang).
Sift cream of tartar and icing sugar into a bowl.
Add condensed milk and coconut and stir well.
Divide equally into 2 bowls.
Add food coloring 1 drop at a time until pink to 1 bowl.
Put white mix in pan and spread and then put pink on top.
Refrigerate 1 hr before cutting.
