Coconut Ice
  1. Grease and line a 20 x 30 cm slice tray with baking paper (allow overhang).

  2. Sift cream of tartar and icing sugar into a bowl.

  3. Add condensed milk and coconut and stir well.

  4. Divide equally into 2 bowls.

  5. Add food coloring 1 drop at a time until pink to 1 bowl.

  6. Put white mix in pan and spread and then put pink on top.

  7. Refrigerate 1 hr before cutting.
