Tomahawk Ribeye Steak with Crispy Fried Potato Wedges 🥩🍟
Ingredients:
1 tomahawk ribeye steak (2-3 lbs)
4 large russet potatoes (cut into wedges)
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Oil for frying
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season tomahawk steak with salt, pepper, and rosemary, then sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side. Finish in the oven at 375°F until your desired doneness.
2️⃣ Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
3️⃣ Deep fry wedges in hot oil until golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Melt butter with garlic and drizzle over steak before serving.
5️⃣ Serve steak with crispy potato wedges, garnished with parsley.
Notes:
Substitute ribeye with your favorite cut of steak.
Add a side of roasted veggies or a dipping sauce for the wedges.
