Mix the warm water with molasses and brown sugar
Add the yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes
In a bowl combine the flour, salt, ground oats, cinnamon, oil, and the yeast mixture
Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 5 minutes
Set aside to rise for 1 hour
Lightly flatten the dough, fold it into thirds, then roll it up and place it in a greased loaf pan
Let rise again for 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Brush the top with the egg, sprinkle oats, and bake for about 35 minutes or until golden
Cool for 1 hour
For the icing, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla
Pour over the cooled bread and enjoy
