Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Season your chicken, and heat up a deep skillet over medium heat.
Once hot, add some olive oil to the skillet, and carefully add the chicken. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Place on a baking sheet, and put in the oven until the internal temperature reads 160 degrees.
To the same skillet over low heat, add some more olive oil, and the onions. Saute for about 2 minutes.
Deglaze with some white wine.
Add in the orzo, and toast until aromatic.
Add in some of the warm stock, to cover the orzo.
Mix well. Once most of the stock is soaked up, add more.
Continue doing this until the orzo is cooked through.
Add in the butter, miso, and chili oil.
Toss until the butter and miso are melted, and the orzo is creamy.
Serve the chicken on the orzo, with some scallion greens.
