  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook 1 cup of rice according to package directions.

  3. Saute onions, carrots, and scallions in a skillet until carrots are translucent.

  4. Remove cooked vegetables from the pan and set aside.

  5. Toast sesame seeds in the oven until golden brown.

  6. Scramble eggs in a skillet.

  7. Add the cooked rice, vegetables, and sesame seeds to the skillet with the scrambled eggs.

  8. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
