Remove cooked vegetables from the pan and set aside.
Toast sesame seeds in the oven until golden brown.
Scramble eggs in a skillet.
Add the cooked rice, vegetables, and sesame seeds to the skillet with the scrambled eggs.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
