Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into cubes
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Cook potatoes in air fryer at 400°F for about 25 minutes, shaking occasionally
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown 1 lb ground beef with chopped onion
Season beef mixture with chili seasoning packet or individual seasonings and stir well
Drain any excess grease from the skillet
Add minced garlic, drained diced tomatoes and green chiles, and drained chili beans to the skillet
Stir everything together and simmer for a few minutes while potatoes finish cooking
Add crispy potatoes to the skillet and stir
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
Place skillet in oven at 400°F for a few minutes to melt the cheese
Top with chopped green onions
Serve with sour cream and jalapeños
