Add both the chicken wings and the entire can of pickled jalapeño peppers into the vacuum seal bag (or any food safe container you prefer).
Marinate for 4 hours. Adjust the time to your desired level of spiciness (extending marination time could be too spicy for children).
Prepare your grill for medium to high heat direct grilling.
Remove the chicken wings from the marinade. Pat dry. Season on all sides with Meat Church Dia de la Fajita seasoning.
Allow to adhere for at least 15 minutes.
Place the chicken wings on the grill. Flip and move the chicken around the cooking grates constantly to get good char while cooking each piece evenly.
Melt the stick of butter and mix in your desired amount of hot sauce.
Baste the chicken constantly with the butter and hot sauce mixture.
Cook the chicken to at least 165 degrees. Continue to cook the wings until your desired doneness and remove from the grill.
