2 Ingredient Crispy Keto Onion Rings
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Grease a 6-cavity nonstick donut pan with cooking oil spray.

  2. Wash and peel your onion. Cut into ½ inch thick rings. Separate the layers into individual rings and choose 6 that are slightly smaller than your donut molds so that they fit inside each cavity without touching the edges or center.

  3. Sprinkle about 1.5 tablespoons of cheese inside each donut cavity to cover the bottom. You don't need to use the full amount. Just use enough to add a layer of cheese to the bottom. Then place your an onion ring in each cavity. Add about another 2.5 tablespoons of cheese over each onion ring to cover the ring completely and fill your donut cavity. See photos in post for reference. The amount of cheese needed may vary depending on the size of your onion ring and your donut pan.

  4. Bake donuts for about 12-15 minutes or until the surface is golden brown. Remove donuts from oven and allow them to cool slightly. As they cool, they will continue to crisp up. Once the onion rings are no longer to hot too touch, remove them from the donut pan. They should slide out easily if you greased the pan. Serve onion rings with your favorite dipping sauce.
