Combine soy sauce, gochugaru flakes, Gochujang, mirin, oyster sauce, corn syrup, garlic, and water to make the sauce
Prepare vegetables by slicing onion, separating white and green parts of green onions, and shredding carrot
Layer vegetables in this order - onions, white part of spring onions, bean sprouts, mushrooms, carrot and green part of spring onions.
Top with beef. Pour over sauce.
Cook for a few minutes until liquid is released, stir everything together, then continue cooking until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
