  1. Spoon cottage cheese, peanut butter, and date syrup into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass or jar and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.

  4. After 30 minutes, sprinkle with chocolate chips and a few mini peanut butter pretzels. Stir and devour!
