Sourdough Skillet Cottage Pie (using Sourdough Starter Discard)

Over medium heat,brown ground beef, approximately 5 minutesIn a medium sized oven safe pan, I am using my Le Creuset braiser,add the meatAllow to cook about 2 minutes, separate the beef into smaller portions in pan.Add the fresh onion and garlic, combine and continue browning. 3 minutesAdd all seasonings; paprika, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and combine.Add mixed vegetables of frozen peas, corn, carrots bag and combine. Add tomato paste and combine. Allow to cook for about 3 to 5 minutesWhile the meat mixture is cooking measure your sourdough discard.Mix and spread out evenly in panTop with mozzarella cheeseThen top with sourdough discardCover the discard with Mexican cheesePlace uncovered in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 35 to 40 minutes
