Stir-Fry Beef with Tomatoes
  1. Combine beef slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, 2 teaspoons sugar and 3 tablespoons oil

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in WOK and stir-fry tomatoes for one minute

  3. Stir in ½ teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons sugar. Remove and set aside.

  4. Clean WOK and heat with 3 tablespoons oil until hot.

  5. Add beef slices and quickly stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes

  6. Add tomatoes and green onions to beef and stir well until hot.

  7. Serve immediately.
