Combine beef slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, 2 teaspoons sugar and 3 tablespoons oil
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in WOK and stir-fry tomatoes for one minute
Stir in ½ teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons sugar. Remove and set aside.
Clean WOK and heat with 3 tablespoons oil until hot.
Add beef slices and quickly stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes
Add tomatoes and green onions to beef and stir well until hot.
Serve immediately.
