Creamy Mushroom Udon
  1. First, sauté the mushrooms until browned then add butter, soy sauce, onion & garlic. Sauté until its fragrant then add the milk.

  2. Add salt, pepper, chicken seasoning powder & sugar to your liking then add cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.

  3. Lastly, add in the udon noodles and mix until every noodles is coated with the sauce ! Add an egg yolk on top to make the udon more creamy but it's definitely optional, Enjoy <3
