First, sauté the mushrooms until browned then add butter, soy sauce, onion & garlic. Sauté until its fragrant then add the milk.
Add salt, pepper, chicken seasoning powder & sugar to your liking then add cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
Lastly, add in the udon noodles and mix until every noodles is coated with the sauce ! Add an egg yolk on top to make the udon more creamy but it's definitely optional, Enjoy <3
