Sourdough Protein Waffles
  1. Melt the butter and whisk the wet ingredients.

  2. Mix in the dry ingredients.

  3. Chop the chocolate chips and pecans and add into the mix, stirring well. Add the chocolate after making the first couple without if preferred.

  4. Ladle ½ cup into waffle iron for 2.5-3 minutes. Set the waffle irons to the “2” heat setting.
