Chicken Pot Pie
  1. Mix flour in batches with eggs and hot water to make pot pie noodles. Roll out and boil, then set aside.

  2. Season and bake chicken breast, then shred.

  3. Sauté garlic, onion, and celery in a pot with oil until soft.

  4. Add flour and cook for 10 minutes. Mix in shredded chicken, carrots, corn, peas, and green beans.

  5. Pour in half and half and chicken broth. Season with parsley, pepper, and thyme. Cook until desired thickness is reached.

  6. Add pot pie noodles and adjust seasoning to taste.
