Mix the almonds with the sugar
Add lemon peel, lemon juice and eggwhites to create a dough.
Roll out the dough on some sugar to prevent sticking
Cut out the biscuits (we traditionally use little moons) and place on a baking sheet
Let sit overnight to dry it out a bit
Bake at 325F/160C for 8-10 minutes
Glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice while still warm
