  1. Mix the chicken, cheese, and sauce until combined

  2. Lightly coat both sides of each tortilla with egg substitute or egg wash

  3. Add filling to each tortilla and roll them up

  4. Press the ends in after rolling so the filling doesn't spill out

  5. Place seam-side down in a preheated 350° air fryer

  6. Air fry for approximately 5 minutes or until crispy

  7. Serve immediately
