Lemon Pepper Parmesan Wings
  1. Pat wings very dry!! Very important otherwise they won’t be as crispy :) Toss with olive oil, seasonings, and baking powder.

  2. Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 23-26 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. Cook in batches if needed.

  4. For extra crispiness, increase heat for the last 3-5 minutes.

  5. Gently melt butter and mix with lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, and honey.

  6. Toss hot wings in lemon butter, then immediately add Parmesan.

  7. Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.

  8. Place wings on a wire rack over a baking tray (best for crispiness).

  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

  10. For extra crispiness, broil/grill for 2-3 minutes at the end.
