Pat wings very dry!! Very important otherwise they won’t be as crispy :) Toss with olive oil, seasonings, and baking powder.
Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 23-26 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cook in batches if needed.
For extra crispiness, increase heat for the last 3-5 minutes.
Gently melt butter and mix with lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, and honey.
Toss hot wings in lemon butter, then immediately add Parmesan.
Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
Place wings on a wire rack over a baking tray (best for crispiness).
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
For extra crispiness, broil/grill for 2-3 minutes at the end.
