Add the Earl Grey tea, caster sugar, and boiling water to a bowl. Let steep for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the Oatly Barista Edition oat milk and lemon juice. This will cause the mixture to curdle.
Pour the tea mixture into the curdled oat milk mixture and stir.
Pass the mixture through a paper filter or muslin cloth to clarify the drink.
Serve the clarified iced tea over ice, optionally topped with gin or a non-alcoholic spirit.
