Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
If using Rolos, place them directly on the sheet. For peanut butter centers, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar, roll into 1-inch balls, and arrange.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Dip each candy center in chocolate, press one pretzel on top, and drizzle extra chocolate.
Sprinkle with sea salt and chill 20 minutes before serving.
