  1. Sautee onions untill brown in oil

  2. Add chilis, garlic, ginger

  3. Add dry spices

  4. Add chickpeas / potaters / mint

  5. Add water, cook for 20 mins (untill potaters are soft)

  6. Add Garam Masala

  7. Serve with basmati / naan
