Fresh Rolls With Peanut Dip
  1. Prepare all vegetables by slicing or chopping as desired

  2. Soak rice paper wraps in water until pliable

  3. Fill each wrap with protein of choice, avocado, purple cabbage, cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, lettuce, and mint

  4. Roll tightly and set aside

  5. Mix sesame oil with vegetables if desired

  6. Prepare dip by combining 1 tbsp peanut butter, 3 tbsp coconut aminos, garlic powder, and ginger powder

  7. Serve fresh rolls with peanut dip
