Sausage Ragu With Ditalini
  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat

  2. Add onions and garlic and cook until fragrant

  3. Add Italian sausage and brown

  4. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning

  5. Add tomato paste and mix

  6. Add chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to a simmer

  7. Add parmesan with a splash of pasta water

  8. Cook pasta until al dente

  9. Add pasta directly to pan with another splash of pasta water and parmesan

  10. Serve and enjoy
