In a large pot add your bone broth, whole onion, whole carrots, celery, and garlic.
Bring to a rapid boil for 45 minutes until the veggies are nice and tender.
Scoop out those vegetables directly into a blender or food processor, add about 3 ladles of broth to that and blend until smooth.
Add this back into your stock pot.
Cook your Pastina according to box instructions (takes about 3 minutes).
Serve in a bowl with your Pastina, then ladle your broth over, top with a bit of olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
