Quick And Easy Salmon With Lemon And Garlic
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a small jar, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic. Shake well.

  3. Line the bottom of your baking dish with the lemon slices. Place the salmon fillets on top.

  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon, making sure it's evenly coated.

  5. Cover with a lid or wrap tightly with parchment paper and foil.

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.

  7. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and the baked garlic, if used.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy with a glass of @gratsiwine white for the perfect pairing
