Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, add chicken, olive oil, half of the parmesan, the zest of the lemon, garlic, Worcestershire, black pepper and salt; mix with your hands to thoroughly combine then form into four even patties.
Transfer to the refrigerator on a small baking sheet while you prepare the buns.
On a large parchment-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, add the burger buns and make 4 large rounds with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Coat the buns with melted butter or more cooking spray and transfer to the oven for about 7 to 8 minutes, until the buns are toasted and the cheese is darkened and sizzling.
Cook the burgers over medium-high heat on a grill, griddle or skillet for about 6 minutes per side, and char the lemon you zested earlier alongside them.
Spread caesar dressing on both sides of the buns then add your burger, romaine lettuce, a squeeze of the charred lemon juice, more black pepper, the parmesan wheel and finish with the top bun.
