La Scala Chopped Salad
  1. Add the chopped iceberg lettuce, sliced salami, drained and rinsed chickpeas, shredded mozzarella, and thinly sliced red onions to a bowl.

  2. In a Mason jar, combine the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
