  4. Rub the paste all over the chicken, including the wings

  5. Slow roast the chicken

  6. Boil the potatoes and refrigerate to cool

  7. Mix the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, whole grain mustard, chives, dill, salt, and black pepper to make a potato salad dressing

  8. Toss the cooled potatoes with the dressing
